Provides team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to residents of Downtown Victoria, Oaklands and Fernwood. Offers same-day care for concerns such as minor injuries, sprains and strains, less serious child illness and injury, infections, and cuts, wounds or skin conditions.
It's recommended to call in the morning for a same-day appointment. Phone lines open at 8:30 am each morning.
Call to schedule a same-day appointment, first-come, first serve. Last appointment at 7:30 pm. Open all statutory holidays. Phone lines and doors close at 7:30 pm.

Patients who require medical attention within 12 - 24 hours but are not emergent.
Application Process
For life-threatening illnesses or injuries call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately. Call before faxing confidential information.
